Sober Colorado was founded in Colorado Springs by people who know firsthand what it takes to rebuild a life — and who refused to let others do it alone.
Where We Come From
Sober Colorado was born out of a simple belief: that the most powerful force in recovery is another person who has walked the same road. Our founders experienced the isolation that so often accompanies addiction — and they decided to do something about it.
We started small, right here in Colorado Springs, connecting people in recovery with peer support specialists who could offer something no clinical setting can fully provide: genuine understanding, shared experience, and unconditional presence.
Today, Sober Colorado is a growing community of people committed to showing up for one another — through the hard days and the good ones.
